4. App & Media Contributions
When you share wildlife stories, photographs, or field notes via the Nalla’s Ark App, you retain ownership of your original intellectual property. By publishing content to the public archive feed, you grant Nalla's Ark a non-exclusive license to host, display, and format your contribution within the ecosystem.
Contributors opting into our Stock Footage & Licensing Programme are governed by separate, mutually agreed digital licensing agreements detailing royalties and syndication terms.
6. Data Storage & Security
All personal data and archival media assets are stored on secured cloud infrastructure using industry-standard TLS encryption, strict access control lists, and regular security audits.
7. Your Privacy Rights
